In the event of a crash or collision ER24 medical assistance will be dispatched to the accident site. The technology utilised in the Ctrack Insure unit can determine the exact GPS location of the vehicle to within 4m. Ctrack CrashGuard™ prevents the dreaded scenario where the vehicle is only discovered hours after an incident.

This service focuses on the safety of the occupants. If the driver breaks down in an unsafe area, a simple phone call to our Support Centre will initiate a team to secure the safety of the occupants, and due to the technology in the units they know where you are without you even telling them.

Standard security enhancement with all Ctrack products.

Ctrack Insure comes with a 12 month warranty which covers the repair and /or replacement where the product is found to be defective due to faulty components, workmanship or design. For an additional R20 pm Ctrack will extend this warranty to cover the full 48 month contract.

Ctrack automatically creates an easily maintained SARS accepted electronic logbook enabling maximum tax rebates.

Ctrack's internet based software is user friendly and all recorded trips can be selected as either "Private or "Business" trips, making the process of keeping a conventional logbook unnecessary.  Furthermore, the Ctrack range of products are based on latest technology using GPS/GSM (GPRS) and RF loaction methods which means we can typically loacte your vehicle within 4 metres of its position.
